Yes. From a cPanel server you can run the whole thing inside the panel: Migration then External Migrations walks you through the source host, the preflight and the accounts to move, maps each source hosting plan onto one of yours and keeps the DNS cutover as a separate approval you make when you are ready. The run survives a closed browser, so you can start it and come back later. For Plesk, DirectAdmin and other panels there are migration tools and guides, and our team helps you plan the move.

Yes. You register a storage destination, write a backup policy and attach it to a hosting plan, a reseller or a single account, then follow every account backup state, size and last run from one dashboard. Snapshots run on a schedule, old ones are removed on the retention you set and a failed run raises a notification. Clients restore their own files from a snapshot picker and file browser, either in place or as a copy that leaves the live files untouched. You decide per policy who is allowed to. JetBackup stays available as an integration if you already run it.

MySQL and MariaDB out of the box, plus PostgreSQL installed from the Module Manager and granted through a hosting plan feature like everything else. Clients create databases and roles, manage remote access and open phpMyAdmin or Adminer without SSH. PostgreSQL data counts towards the account disk usage and rides along in account backups, so a restore brings it back with the rest.

On CloudLinux servers, yes. Clients create an application from a wizard, it serves a starter page immediately and it gets its own log and a restart button in the panel. Admins keep the available runtime versions on the server through the Runtime Manager. On AlmaLinux this is not available.

The server configuration goes off-site to a backup destination on a schedule you set, with its own retention. You export the bootstrap secrets once and keep them somewhere safe. From those secrets alone, one command on a fresh machine rebuilds the box from the newest off-site snapshot, then further commands put back the modules, PHP versions, hosting accounts, their files and their databases. Every destructive restore asks you to name the machine being overwritten first.

Yes, for admins, resellers and clients. Each account adds a second step with an authenticator app or a passkey, with single-use recovery codes for a lost device. The panel also keeps an activity log of who changed what and when across accounts, domains, DNS, email, databases, certificates and firewall rules, including actions taken while impersonating an account.

Yes. AdminBolt is built for production use. Stable releases, security updates, and full CloudLinux, LiteSpeed and OpenLiteSpeed integrations managed from the panel, alongside WHMCS support. Many hosting providers run it in production - you get a panel you can stake your business on.

Three, switched from the panel: Apache, LiteSpeed Enterprise and OpenLiteSpeed. You run one at a time - LiteSpeed Enterprise and OpenLiteSpeed share the same install path, so the panel installs the one you pick and keeps the current server running if the incoming one does not come up. OpenLiteSpeed does not read .htaccess on every request the way Apache does, so the panel manages that for you: you choose how .htaccess is applied, and any site using a directive that is not covered is listed by name and keeps serving through the safe mode.
